If I'm not indulging in wishful thinking this looks like the very exotic LM Longtail tipo60! If you need any images I can help, way back when we produced a 1:43rd resin model of the Camoradi LM entry. Getting the details right was a right PITA.

But my strictly hobby level skills preclude it ever being accurate, as it is an existing version massaged and tortured into this new shape.
