Have you changed the way the various wings are set active per skin? The blank DDS method used before doesn't seem to wotk anymore (even though the meshes seem to be same-named) I could trial and error it with a skin-specific ext_config.ini, but just thought to ask at the source :)
For this iteration I have just modeled the late '71 season where they had the most wings on and the physics represent this too. Using ext_config.ini is probably best way, as with the png's the material made the wing look slightly different to the main skin, no fresnel etc.
