Neat little trick I did there, just like the real thing it has four gears but only two speeds, first and second are the same, likewise third and fourth. The trick comes in if you run it as an automatic (toggle with ctrl+g}, which you may as well do as you are not going to change gear except for pitting, then, using the change from third to fourth, you can decide which final ratio to use. i.e. The car should engage fourth somewhere just before the end of the longest straight.
